Manassas, VA – Virginia was the only state in the country where unemployment rose in June, and cuts to the federal workforce have damaged Virginia’s economy and community. Congressman Suhas Subramanyam is directly connecting members of his district with employers and resources, helping those impacted by the Trump administration’s senseless mass layoffs and firings secure their next role locally.

On Friday, August 15th, Congressman Subramanyam will welcome employers, career specialists, and Virginians looking for employment. There will be opportunities for Virginians to tailor and boost resumes, receive headshots, and learn about fitting job openings.
